ABOUT THIS SITE

A clearer way to compare catamarans

One directory for published vessel details, regional browsing and direct operator enquiries.

Where the listings come from

This site is powered by YouSail.com.au. It reads the published charter catalogue in YouSail’s Supabase database and includes vessels identified as catamarans. The catalogue currently provides 22 catamaran vessels from 4 operators across 4 Queensland sailing regions. Published records are refreshed on a cache cycle of up to 15 minutes, so a source change may not appear immediately.

Vessel names, descriptions, specifications, photographs, indicative prices when supplied, and operator details come from those records. There is no separate hand-maintained charter fleet here. A charter operator’s own website remains the source for live availability, a final quote and booking terms.

How to use the directory

Start with the fleet directory → to search boats and filter by region or charter style. Open a vessel to see its cabins, berths, description and photographs when supplied. Follow the operator enquiry link when you have a shortlist. The region pages → show where published boats operate, while our guides → help you prepare questions before speaking with a provider.

What is editorial content?

The region planning notes, comparison guides, FAQ and interpretation of capacity fields are written for this directory. They help readers ask better questions; they are not extra vessel specifications from Supabase. Region grouping uses the operator and vessel location text in the published records. A broad regional label does not establish the boat’s exact boarding point or route.

When we discuss current waterways, weather or marine park rules, we link to official Australian sources. A vessel page’s “read this listing in context” section uses its published figures but still asks you to confirm the current arrangement with the operator.

Corrections and limits

We aim to present the published catalogue clearly, but data can be missing or wrong. We do not certify boats, operators, safety arrangements or current prices. Read the disclaimer →, consult official resources → and ask the operator to confirm details. To report a problem with a listing, use the contact page →.
